Occasional babysitter

Description:
We are looking for a on-call babysitter. Our little boy is 2, he started daycare a month ago. We need a nanny whom we can call when he is sick and cannot go to a daycare (even half a day would help), as well as on holidays (we will need Thanksgiving covered since we will be out of town, and a few days over the X-mas break), on snow days, parent-teacher conference days, some Saturday mornings (so we can catch up on sleep), maybe overnights if we are the right match, etc. The job is not on schedule, so flexiblity and daytime availability on a short notice is needed. We are not looking for an evening babysitter. We’d like to meet for an interview. We are walking distance from AU.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with toddlers and diaper changing, patience, kind spirit, realibility. We do not watch TV, and would want a nanny to play with our son rather then spend time on her cell phone.
